The spine is much worn but the stitched binding is holding together

I see them as just gorgeous sculptural objects
but I do believe these are likely not too much older than the pocket frame
Painted Cutout Butterly with Fine Antennae! pottery vase The spine is much wornQuite an exhuberant butterly, and it seems fairly old one judging from the back, hand painted on laid paper, with very finely cut out antennae! Perhaps it lost one tiny one along the way, but who cares, a lovely, painterly thing which also feels quite symbolic! 7 7 16 wing span x 4 1 8 t, very good condition.
