Hes painted on both sides, with a somewhat different character to his face on each, and great polka dots around the middle of his center piece. 1920s or so I might guess, and fabulous, with perfectly aged paint, especially on his face. 9 5 8" t x 3 9 16" w when "correctly" assembled.
