Palate is swift with red cherry, tapenade, raspberry, pine + brush notes. COS was founded in 1980 by three friends, Giambattista Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti, and Cirino Strano [all legends in winemaking], yet the winery itself dates to the 1880s. Sicily has a winemaking history dating to 8th Century BCE
