'Papworth', Ernest Terah Hooley, British financier Brazilian On the left is the'Papworth', Ernest Terah Hooley, British financier, 1896. Pictured here in riding clothes, Hooley (1859 1947) was a wealthy entrepreneur and owner of the Papworth estate in Cambridgeshire. He earned a fortune from his involvement in the flotation of several household British business names, including Dunlop, Bovril and Schweppes.
