The Castle, Fowey, Cornwall Finish:Stretched 17th May 1976The Castle, Fowey, Cornwall, late 19th or early 20th century. A small castle was built on St Catherine's Point at the western entrance to Fowey harbour, in 1540. It was involved in repelling a Dutch attack on Fowey in 1667. Lantern slide.
