and decoration to the interior of the rim and handles too

And the backs feature a lilac pattern with violet contrasts in a quasi-celtic pattern

This one executed in watercolor, three shades per circle (i. e. Red Orange Orange Yellow Orange) with fine graphite lines connecting the dots and noting the colors. 9" x 9" and in good condition, with some pretty leaf toning on reverse. C. 1940s or so I would guess.
