Wonderful Old Painted Iron Folk Art Swan Doorstop antique bridge counter The inlays on the frontThis swan very much reminds me of an old iron carnival shooting target, but it was made to function as a doorstop I believe, and of course, being a swan, no one would ever want to shoot at it! I think it is really quite a beautiful thing, primitive and graceful at once, with great old white paint that shows plenty of rust at the base, plus a pale yellow beak and black dot for the eye. 9 1 2" w x 8" t x 4" d; weighs 5 pounds 14 oz. Very good condition
