Domaine Saint Préfert Réserve Auguste Favier Chateauneuf du Pape 2018 Size:Regular the wine can carry from65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 5% Mourvdre, from the Serres lieu dit. 100% whole cluster fermentation. Aged 18 months; the Grenache is aged in cement and the Cinsault and Syrah in 600L used barrels. The Grenache and Cinsault vines average 60 years old. Auguste Favier was the father of Ferrando's mother.
