Old Painted Tin Mallard Decoy miniature bureau and the box too hasI purchased this one from an auction in Topeka, Kansas (and, as I write this, am feeling a lot of love for Kansas!), from which I also purchased a few great tramp art pieces. It looks to me like it did some actual work in the field, and perhaps got a new coat of paint at some point. I'm always rather amazed by the colors of mallards to begin with, and find wood ducks quite regal creatures in general, and just really like looking at this one, which
