Vecchie Terre di Montefili, Anfiteatro other_regions plenty of tannins from 14A wonderfully aromatic wine, with gorgeous aromas of crushed berry, plum and chocolate. Medium bodied, with medium, silky tannins, crisp acidity and a fresh fruit finish. Needs a bit more fruit midpalate to be outstanding. Best after 1999. JS
