I see a lot of old wooden industrial molds but only occasionally do I across across ones like this

Sarah Dechant's 1882 Drawing Notebook, Catawissa, Pennsylvania handmade chair which feel more like sculpturesDated 1882, this was the drawing notebook of a Sarah Dechant of Catawissa, Pennsylvania, in which she executed 22 drawings that I presume were part of course in learning the basics of line, shading, perspective, etc. And quite a nice job she did all done in graphite, the drawings are crisp and precise and many of them quite graphically satisfying things, which it would be easy to cut from the hard covered sketchbook to frame perfect for hanging in a
