but I think its got a bit of a pretty strong  Arts and Crafts sensibility from a hundred years prior

Cool Vintage Magnetic Wooden Octagon lions feet showing a few small scratches/cracksI wish I know the maker of this thing, as I think it's very cool, and feels kind of iconic or should be! It evades being photographed well, but it's comprised of four parts, with magnets on each interior facet, which fit together in one particular way (the magnets repel each other otherwise.) Fitted together, it makes a satisfying solid, a perfect desk object with a surprise. It definitely has some age, and a nice weight and feel in the hand. Very
