It installs between the operator shaft and the crank handle, moving the handle 2" (50. 8mm) further out from the frame. It is a helpful upgrade when window treatments, deep sills, or trim make it difficult to turn the standard crank. The 11 32" (8. 7mm) spline matches Truth operator shafts, so it works
