I'm not sure if these were used as markers for a game, or are the byproduct of making something else, but I'm glad they exist. The color on them is a lacquer like finish, and the material seems like some sort of composite, almost like very thinly sliced bone but they are smaller and lighter in weight than bone gaming chips. I have some feeling they are Japanese, but don't know for
