Directly pressed, light settling before transfer to larger oak foudres and barrels (up to 10% new oak) for indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 12 months, fined and or filtered if necessary. Benjamin Leroux is Burgundian native but didnt come from a winemaking family. In fact, his parents owned a florist shop in Beaune, which is where he first met Becky
