Pewter Co c. 1980s 1990s, I believe, and technically a tea bag holder, but equally handy for earrings, spare change or whatever. With its big starry bright eye and perky tail feathers, I can almost hear it chirping! The dish is stamped "T. W. Pewter" on the bottom and in great condition. T. W. (Tin Woodsman) Pewter Co, was founded in 1985 in Western Oregon by a husband and wife team
