Once frozen, run the Contour Cube under water to slightly defrost before gliding the ice over the contours of your face moving it continuously in upwards circular motions. Use daily after cleansing your face in 30 second intervals for up to 1 minute. You can use your Contour Cube for up to 1 week per refill.
