Designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured (3) stainless steel set screws on sizes to 3 1 2". Stainless Steel Bolts (3) on sizes 4" and larger. Top of the assembly is tapped 1 2" 13NC to accept a finial. Maximum recommended halyard diameter is 5 16".
