Baettig, Seleccion de Parcelas Los Primos Pinot Noir Size:6x750ml Note that this is sufficientlyThe 2021 Seleccin de Parcelas Los Primos Pinot Noir fermented with more full clusters, 20%, and had a little less new oak, 33% compared with the 2020, and the differences in the weather made this 2021 more vibrant, elegant and fresher than the 2020 from a warmer and drier year. It's floral, vibrant with red fruit and with very fine tannins, full development of flavors and aromas, with a purity they had not reached in previous vintages. They harvested
