Super fresh, cool and distinctly restrained aromas include those of poached plum, the sauvage, rose petal and plenty of newly turned earth. The delicious, vibrant and more powerful larger scaled flavors exude notably more minerality on the youthfully austere and superbly persistent finale. This beauty could also use a bit more depth, but everything is in place such that should occur. In a word,
