which I believe are German (the torn bottom left corner of the box I would guess says Hamburg)

Procter, and which I really love for their radically tapering calves terminating in tiny tiny feet (which, viewed from the other direction, look a bit like tiny horse heads!) 4 13 16" long when closed x 3 8" d. Overall very good condition, with surface wear aging to the steel as evident. These will open all the way out with pressure and hold tight in place.
