De Fermo Concrete Vino Bianco 2019 Size:Regular The 2017 Nuits Saint-Georges AuxPecorino Chardonnay + Trebbiano Manzoni Bianco Verdicchio Grenache Gris. The Concrete white and red are newer bottlings for this young winery. The majority of the Bianco blend comes from De Fermo's 2. 5 ha. of Pecorino (30 years average vine age) and 2. 5 ha. of Chardonnay (the latter planted in 1926). In both cases, the fruit is harvested earlier for its freshness, with the riper fruit from later harvest going into the more powerful mponovarietal
