Palate is lively with limeade, lemon, salty minerality, peach pit, sunshine. Just 10,000 bottles were produced of Supernova Blanc, Can Verderas premier white wine from old, bush trained Moll planted in the 1950s in the villages surrounding Binissalem on the island of Mallorca. Winemaker Tomeu Llabres conducts very small production, low intervention winemaking in a converted former auto garage. Native
