Unusual Colorful, Round Felted Wood and Silk Pin Cushion carved marble trinket box but instead in the heelSo many beautiful old pin cushions out there an endless array of small treasures all about bringing delight into the everyday. I've not seen another like this one, made of pieces of what I believe is felted wool, cut with scalloped edges and wrapped concentrically. With a cardboard covered in green silk which is really the only thing that shows age and makes me think probably early 20th c. Great palette, great form, well made and very cheerful. 3 3 8"
