Colorfully Hand-painted Old Papier Mache Mask teaism with portions of prints onI am not entirely certain the origins of this old painted paper mache mask I am guessing Japanese, with a bit of a Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestler) feel to the painted decoration too! It feels to be a pretty old one, the color in it is just terrific, and the there are eye holes and two holes at the sides by which one could thread ribbon in order to wear it.
