Description
Based on the 2008 vintage
The 2014 Barbaresco sees fruit sourced from the lower part of the Asili cru with some smaller amounts from Rabajà
Along with the Blanchots this is the most floral wine in the range with its elegant nose of pear
acquiring notably more complexity—while retaining more energy—than the original disgorgement
Meo Camuzet, Nuits Saint Georges Boudots Size:6x750ml Based on the 2008 vintage(from a 1. 04 ha parcel of 60+ year old vines; 10% whole cluster). This is also quite spicy with a pretty and broad ranging array of black cherry, plum and violet aromas that are cut with warm earth wisps. The big bodied flavors possess a bit more size, weight and evident power that are bolstered by the impressive level of sappy dry extract that also serves to buffer the lengthy if youthfully austere finale. Good juice here with excellent upside
