Domaine Rolet 'Tradition' Arbois Rouge 2024 LANGHE wine is first and foremostA traditional light red from Arbois which brings the complexity from the soils of the hills of Montigny and Arbois made of red marls and rich gravels. 40% Poulsard, 30% Trousseau, and 30% Pinot Noir. Varietals are fermented separately and blended after 18 months in large neutral barrels. It was Dsir Rolet who in 1942 began making wine in the small region of the Jura in eastern France.
