I love how this very young looking Adam holds up his hand in a sort of friendly, ineffectual wave. goodbye to innocence! while our vixen esque Eve looks quite ready to run away with the serpent! Pretty great use of branches and hair to conceal their bodies, too! Enamel on copper, mid 20th century, with a sort of mottled blue and white ground that gives it the feel of an aerial view of the earth itself . 8" in diameter
