Plate 11 from Journal of a voyage to New South Wales by John White (J. Debrett, London, 1790). The accompanying text states that: 'The Tabuan Parrot, one of which was observed here is a bird about eighteen inches in length, and bigger than the Scarlet Lory' The plate is inscribed: 'S. Stone Delin. Tabuan Parrot. London Published Dec: 29, 1789, by I. Debrett.' Original:
