Crazy and Amazing c. 1950s Folk Art Tabletop Sewing Chair with Sparkly-Eyed Heads Everywhere! canadian pottery 5/8 across at bladeI found this one close to home in Rowley MA and said upon spotting it, as I say again now, it's really quite a thing! 1950s or so I believe, it is a carver's folk art creation in the form of a large sewing chair (a sewing rocker, specifically!) with four posts on each side of the "arm rests" for holding spools, and another four to either side of the drawer below, which itself opens to provide space for all sorts of sewing notions.
