Sachs Bridge collectible Sm Bag Confederate Soldiers (#849)Built in 1854 Sachs Bridge is a 100 covered Town Truss Bridge that spans the width of Marsh Creek just to the southwest of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The bridge engineer, Ithiel Towns of Connecticut, created its lattice type criss cross wooden beam design for additional strength; thus the Town Truss architectural style.
