This one Is Welch, I believe (Tregaron is an ancient market town in Ceredigion, Wales), with the name R. H. Jones followed by Lamb, I am not certain if part of his name or? and date of 1796 (I believe a 9) handwritten and inlaid, under glass, in the handle, surrounded by chip carved decoration.
