It seems to have good age to it and the manner of the painting makes me think 19th c

Then the whole thing was mounted to backing board

Feels like a good one to hang near a window to catch the afternoon light, ideally with a comfortable reading chair nearby. 12 1 2" x 9", framed as found. Some toning spots striations to the paper as pictured.
