Made from 65 and 80 year old Pinot Noir vines, this wine shows structure and lots of finesse everything you can expect from Pataille. "Fleur de Pinot" goes beyond Rose stereotypes, giving it a new look. Sylvain has at least two parcels on opposite ends of the vineyard.
