Mount Gay Rhum Eclipse 1.75L CENTRAL COAST and hints of citrusEclipse is the embodiment of the Mount Gay style, body and aroma by which our Master Blender Trudiann Branker uses to blend every variety of Mount Gay rum. Eclipse is distilled in traditional copper port and column stills, then matured in ex American whiskey casks, giving the blend notes of fresh vanilla, almond, ripe banana and dark chocolate, perfect for cocktails.
