Description
This is a bit atypical but no less attractive for it and a Bèze that should amply reward a decade plus of cellaring
fermentation in stainless steel with neutral yeasts and an élevage of 16 months in new French barriques
pure and long with juicy
Disgorged in 2019 with eight grams per liter dosage
Henri Magnien, Ruchottes Chambertin other_regions_italy This is a bit atypical(from a . 16 ha parcel). A moderately toasty nose grudgingly reveals its aromas of pretty essence of black cherry, truffle and soft earth. The super sleek, mineral driven and beautifully intense middle weight flavors possess a high refined but impressively punchy, youthfully austere and chiseled finish that exhibits outstanding length. This is very classy and I very much like the innate sense of balance.
