Château Ollieux-Romanis Corbières-Boutenac "Cuvée Prestige", 2015 Petite Verdot fresh with supple tanninsLocated in Boutenac, just south of the village of Corbires in the Languedoc region. First planted to vine in the 11th century AD, Ollieux Romanis actually came into existence as a farm producing grains, olives, and mutton in Roman times, some eight centuries earlier. The domaine flourished while tend to under the care of the monks, with their daily religious ritual of producing sacramental wine. 40% Carignan, 25% Grenache, 25% Mourvdre and the balance
