It combines two of the most prolific and prevalent cultivars in contemporary teathe Okumudori and Samidori. Similar to both of the cultivars it stems from, Shiranami offers a balanced taste profile between its pronounced, vegetal freshness and more umami undertones. Its a light and refreshing matcha that can be enjoyed by itself or mixed with your milk
