The "P&T Safety System" is a handy feature, allowing you to loosen the plate just enough to adjust it, but not enough to release the whole thing, unless you "Pull & Turn." In excellent condition, with light finish wear. Includes plate. Fits any tripod with a standard 3 8" thread.
