I don't always go for matchstick tramp art, but the crisp execution and and strong graphic qualities of this frame, combined with the clear love and labor invested in making it completely sold me, and it's a super useful one too. c. 1940s I believe, with a carefully varnished surface. 6" wide (heart itself); base is 5 1 2" w x 3 5 8" d. Opening of frame approx 3 3 8" x 2 1 4".
