I want to say nude, but it seems she may be wearing a few straps, and even perhaps a holster, or I'm not sure what?! and flouncy heels, of course. I love everything about her, from seductive pose with one hand behind her head, to her curls and bow, to her terrific open face with large nose and slightly crooked
