Painted Row of Loons on Long Beveled Wood Panel wooden dice The piece as a wholeI found this one in mid coast Maine, where I think most likely it originated, and just love the graphicness of these four black on white loons, two of them with beaks open to the sky and if you've ever heard the call of a loon, you know what a marvelously evocative sound that is. Surely painted using a stencil, but with hand painted mustard yellow eyes and a sea foam green border around the beveled panel, which I'd think was repurposed from a piece of
