Gorgeous Large c. 1900 American Splint Basket in Best Old Paint (Inside and Out) rocker where I believe it hasI'm always eyeing old painted splint baskets, and this is the one I've been waiting for, just gorgeous, painted inside and outside and underneath too, and in what is pretty much perfect antique condition. I think the paint could be described as sort of a creamy mustard like mustard mixed with mayonnaise:) From the estate of the late Charles Cotterill, an avid collector and former mayor of Maysville, Kentucky. Approx 15 3 4" in diameter x 6 1 2" tall
