This is a deceptive wine as it appears unduly easy yet it’s not simple and possesses sufficient buried structure to permit this to improve for 5 years and last for 10 to 12

The palate is wonderfully complex and moreish

Bellevue Mondotte Vintage:2004 such as its flinty nuancesRuby red. Roasted plum, toffee, game and nutty oak on the nose. Lush, fat and stuffed with fruit. A wonderfully pliant 2002 with noteworthy density and richness. Sound acids and suave but firm edged tannins give this excellent balance. Finishes very long and ripe.
