Very Sweet Georgian Silver Snuff Box with Delicately Engraved Hen Helen Malta drawing Another little drawing from severalI believe this snuff tobacco box is Georgian, late 18th early 19th century I've found a few very very similar examples in terms of the construction and detailing of the box, most notably one sold by Greenwich Auctions in Connecticut (live auctioneers link here); the engraving on that one of a woman amid a simple farm scene was more elaborate, but the manner the same. And though unmarked, this is definitely silver. I fell in love with it though for
