so I removed the print from the backing it was attached to (cutting carefully through old masking tape to do so) and have put it in a simple black frame with white matte
with nice crackling to the old paint on his face
I'd love to see this one put to good use
Evocative Old Elephant Shaped Mold! soft green no really matterI'm not great at visualizing how molds would have been used, but definitely this produced some sort of elephant! Great from both sides, with this wonderful play of screws and bolts and holes and outlines, and then this putty, now hard, masking out the face. Really a curious, wonderfully strange looking thing! 7" l x 6" t x 1" d, with a super patina of age and use.
