With three gold links from which that blue banner hangs. Looks like silkscreen to me, printed on the face of an invitation to the First Annual Ball of the the Van Hornesville (NY) Lodge, 1894 to which "yourself and ladies" were invited! 5" x 3 1 2" closed. Dramatic toning to the front, which I like.
