It's a helpful add on when the operator sits behind blinds, a deep sill, or furniture, and turning the standard handle is awkward. The extension uses an 11 32" (8. 7mm) spline and is designed to work with Truth Hardware crank handles only. It will not fit operator handles from other manufacturers.
