What a fabulous color scheme on this child's outfit, right down to the white clogs, all just right against that excellent blue. And then these terrific green trees and best of all bright red balloon, floating off into the distance. Charming, and a but winsome too. 3" d x 3 15 16" across at handle; 2 15 16" t. Wear erosion to the enamel around the
