Looks as though there was a large liquid spill on the back of the poster mostly from the center out over the left side (click the larger image of the back of the poster to get a better idea) whilst there are obvious brown stains around the borders due to the stain on the back the main image appears unscathed except for a small brownish area in around the top right of the wolves nose

1 pinhole near both side edges and the bottom center

a few tiny Brown spots of damp on the tip of the top edge
